Design Nation is a boutique, London based Interior Design Agency than launched in 2023. They were looking for a modern identity that was bold yet elegant to help them stand out from the crowd. The chosen concept uses basic spacial shapes such circles, squares and triangles in the same way an interior designer would use them to draw a room scene. These fundamental 'building blocks' of design are cleverly balanced to create the the initials of the company name and form a strong icon that has been paired with a minimal sans serif that emulates the icon's sharp angles and rounded shapes in it's characters.
A unique, geometric repeat pattern was created using the shapes and colours of the icon, this has been applied to stationery and other promotional brand items.
